Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must not be sent back without prior authorization. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
